Aguas de Navarra is the concessionaire company of the Navarra Canal First Phase Extension, which irrigates the ARGA and EGA areas. It involves the construction of an irrigation network of pipes and other hydraulic works serving 15,000 hectares through 15 municipalities, and the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure 9,489 hectares are constructed and under operation.

The purpose of Aguas de Navarra is fully aligned with our goals, promoting the optimization of water use and its consequent environmental impact, reducing energy consumption, and promoting inter-territorial cohesion through the economic boost of agricultural and agro-industrial activities in the region for the generation of equal opportunities in the rural world.

In particular the project encompasses: the modernization of traditional irrigation land through the pressure achieved by the water levels available in the Navarra Canal, the transformation of the dry land into irrigated land by means of pressure by gravity, the transformation of the dry land into irrigated land by means of pressure achieved by pumping, and the energy improvement for the existing pressure irrigation systems
