The project is a portfolio of PPP availability-based contracts of social infrastructure buildings in the field of education, comprising ten schools and university buildings in several locations along the French territory.

Serena us partnered with Eiffage S.A, a leading construction and concessionaire company, to operate and maintain these facilities, as well as incorporate the necessary infrastructure for the buildings to meet all the energy efficiency targets, an essential feature of this project.

The assets have clearly defined energy-efficiency targets to comply with, all in line with national energy standards defined by the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) of the EU.
